How to use Mini SubTimer in Google Meet?

The new Mini SubTimer is a small add-on to your Meeting Timer - for Google Meet that makes a big difference. It lets you time tasks, speaking turns, and agenda points in parallel - similar to what you may know from FigJam or Miro - without touching the main timer.
You can also share the SubTimer across tabs, so when you present your screen the timer is visible to everyone. Perfect for workshops, stand-ups, interviews, coaching sessions, and classes.
1. Install Meeting Timer - for Google Meet
Make sure you’re running the latest version of Meeting Timer – for Google Meet.
New here? Meeting Timer is a lightweight timer for Google Meet with Google Calendar integration, color cues (halftime/ overtime), drag-and-drop, and a shareable timer mode.

Share timers across tabs so they’re part of your shared screen.

- Alerts sounds → Enable or disable a sound notification when the SubTimer reaches overtime.
- Sounds volume level → Choose between Same as main timer, Low, Medium, or High.
